"Dr. Susan has treated my Wrigley for many many years. He had an extreme amount of skin problems. I truly like to be involved in my pet's treatments. I love to come in and talk about everything we have tried, to things we have not, to try to help my sweet boy feel better. She has showed so much kindness, and she genuinely cared for his well being. It is not easy trying to figure out whether allergies are environmental or food caused in his case. But we did the best we could with what we had in the 9 1/2 years with him. Thank you Dr. Susan for everything.Another big SHOUTOUT to a technician there. I think her name is Alex (sorry if it's not spelled right)! She called to check on my sweet boy today, and I greatly appreciate her for that. She is a compassionate animal nurse, and just a joy to talk to even if its just over the phone.
