"My dog had a recent health scare while I was out of town and needed to be seen immediately. We called Sabino Vet who understandably was booked, but referred us to an emergency vet. He was seen by the referred vet and we were also able to get him into Sabino Vet for the follow up treatment and further diagnosis. They had been in communication with the urgent care vet and listened patiently to all my concerns and observations until he was able to been seen. They are extremely patient, compassionate and thorough. I was worried and scared. Every time I've gone for anything other than a routine visit, they call to follow up and see how he's doing, etc. I would recommend them to anyone and appreciate the communication they had with the emergency vet as well. They definitely understand that our pets are indeed our family. Special shout out to Dr. Monterosso. SO PATIENT with me and my worries."
