Pet Grooming Agreement

"My elderly aunt recently moved to the area. She has a 17 yr old dog that is the last remaining part of her independent life. As Alzheimers has taken control, she forgets her dog was seen by the Dr and insists I make appointments for the same ailments on a regular basis. Despite the same issue every visit, everyone at Sabino Veterinary Care are patient and so kind to her. Of course, her dog is treated very well, with a thorough exam. Every time, she is provided a compassionate explanation of the exam results. I realize it is probably a pain to go through this but, it would be too hard to tell my aunt she can't take her dog to the vet when she has a concern, real or imagined. I appreciate everyone at Sabino Veterinary Care with a special thanks to Dr. Monterosso for her patience and understanding."
